Ms. Mamoona is currently pursuing PhD from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES). She obtained her Master’s degree in Computer Science from COMSATS University. Her teaching expertise include Fundamentals of Programming, Object-Oriented Programming, and Data Structures, while her research interests focus on deep learning and technology-enhanced learning.

Mr. Ahmed Abd E Muneeb has completed his Masters in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences. He completed his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences, Lahore. Prior to joining ITU, he worked for the University of Central Punjab, Lahore.

Ms. Zahra Zulfiqar has completed her Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and her Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. Prior to joining ITU, she worked for the Institute for Art and Culture, Pakistan.

Ms.Hafsa Batool has completed her Master’s in Computer Science from the Information Technology University of the Punjab, Lahore, and her Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab, Lahore.

Anam Zahid has completed her Masters in Information Technology from NUST; and Bachelors in Software Engineering from Government College University Faisalabad. Prior to joining ITU, she has worked for almost 2 and half years as a Lecturer at Department of Computer Science, National Textile University, Faisalabad. Her latest research interests are in the area of AI for social good, particularly, she studies about fairness and discrimination in social network algorithms (recommender systems, fact checking models etc.). Moreover, she has also keen interest in social network analysis, opinion mining and fake news detection.

Mr. Sarfraz Raza obtained Masters in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management and Sciences. He served as a Research Fellow at Aarhus University, Denmark. He has previously served as faculty member in UCP, NUCES-Lahore, Namal College in Mianwali, and Aarhus University Denmark.

Zubaira Naz joined as a faculty member in the capacity of Teaching Fellow in the Department of Computer Science, Information Technology University. She received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in computer science from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Pakistan. She has five years of experience in Research and Development and worked as a Team Lead in the Bioinformatics Research Laboratory (BRL), Al-Khwarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS), UET Lahore. During her stay at KICS, she led numerous Research and development projects. She has authored a few articles in international refereed journals.

Ms. Mehwish Ghafoor is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Computer Science under from Information Technology University, Lahore. She has worked as a Lecturer at the University of Central Punjab (UCP), Lahore from 2016-to 2018 and has also been a part of Visiting Faculty from 2015-to 2016 at Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT), Lahore. Her research interests lie in the area of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Text Mining. She has recently published a paper in IEEE Transaction on Multimedia, 2022 (Impact Factor: 6.5). She also has keen interest in the application of AI for text Mining from E-Commerce websites, Stock Market Prediction, and Sentiment Analysis.

Dr. Nouman completed his postdoctoral research at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Italy, during 2016–2017. He has also conducted research at the University of Bologna, Italy, and the École Normale Supérieure, France. Dr. Muteeb earned his PhD in String Theory from the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA), Italy, in 2015.
Prior to joining ITU, he taught at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), and at the Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences, Government College University (GCU) Lahore.

Mr. Yasar Mehmood has completed his PHD in Computer Science from COMSATS University, Islamabad, and his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Punjab University College of Information Technology, Lahore. Prior to joining ITU, he worked for the Virtual University of Pakistan.
