Advancement

The Office of Advancement at ITU is responsible for building relationships with alumni, donors, and other supporters of the university. The main goal of the office is to generate financial support for the university through donations, sponsorships, and other forms of philanthropy. This support can help the university fund research, scholarships, new programs, academic initiatives and other important projects that advance the institution’s mission.

The Office of Advancement works closely with other departments and units within the university to create and execute fundraising campaigns and relevant initiatives. The office is also responsible for managing donor databases, tracking donations and gifts, and producing reports and analytics on fundraising efforts on a periodical basis.

External Linkages

The External Linkages Office at ITU is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders. These partners include other universities, research institutes, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses. The main goal of the External Linkages Office is to help ITU forge partnerships and collaborations that can benefit its faculty, students, staff and the broader community.

The External Linkages Office is also involved in a variety of activities, such as establishing research partnerships, facilitating exchange programs for students, faculty and staff as well as organizing conferences and other events. The External Linkages Office works closely with other departments and units within the university, such as the Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) and Students Services and Placement Office (SSPO) to develop and manage these partnerships and collaborations.
