ITU Fee Refund Policy
The HEC Fee Refund Policy applies to students requesting a fee refund. A student is entitled to a refund of fees under the following criteria:
| Refund Timeline | %age of fee refund |
| Withdrawing before the start of the semester or up to the 7th day of commencement of classes | 100% fee refund (Admission fee is non-refundable) |
| Withdrawing from 8th to 15th day of commencement of classes | 50% fee refund (Admission fee is non-refundable) |
| Withdrawing from the 16th day of commencement of classes or later | Security Deposit only |
The student should submit the refund form at the Student Services office along with all the supporting documents mentioned in the form. To download the form, please click below.
Please note that:
- The Admission fee is non-refundable.
- Timeline shall be calculated continuously, covering both weekdays and weekends.
- Refund Application processing time is approx. six (6) weeks.
